I’ve been putting in work with NYC street courier legend Kurt Boone designing graphics for messenger bags and apparel. He just sent me a pic of one the logos I designed for a bag and its looks awesome. This guy is an entrepreneur through and through, from poet, publisher and designer. Posted in Uncategorized with tags Art, photograph on February 25, 2011 by briandinonnoIt takes a certain photographer to catch my eye. The photographers images have to be a lil off, a lil different, but definitely not the norm. I “found” the works of Irina Werning’s set “Back to the Future” on FFFOUND! and boy its an awesome idea! Mixing the past and present, and making it work. Check them out and then wander off to the other sets, its worth the click….

Posted in Uncategorized with tags Art, graph, hands, Illustration, skate illustration, surf illustration, Tom Richmond on June 21, 2010 by briandinonnoDrawing hands have always been a pain for me. No matter how decent they look, I always feel I can draw them better, never satisfied with my result. Anyways, I came across this nice little write-up on drawing hands on Tom Richmond’s blog. He really puts it all into perspective, good stuff. Give it a read if you’re in the same boat I am.
